Christy is blessed to be a full-time mother to Ryland and Finn Sherer. In this role, her everyday activities range from that of teacher, chef, nurse, police chief, and more. Christy is the primary outlet through which Ryland and Finn learn about the world.

Christy is a graduate of Judson College in Marion, Alabama, where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Religious Studies. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Christy worked with a Birmingham based dietary supplement company.

In her spare time, Christy enjoys crocheting and training for her first 5K race.
